begins Ed Comisky opened his first store in New Egypt, New
Jersey, in 1973. In more than 30 years of operation, Comisky's
has grown tremendously. The business soon outgrew the
original facility and relocated to its present location in historic
Hightstown on the former site of Carl Blasig
Greenhouses. The original property was purchased in 1978
and with expansions and acquisitions, it has become a sprawling
operation that now features more than 58,000 sq. ft. of
greenhouse. It is one of the largest and most diverse
greenhouses in the area. Our most recent acquisition is
the building formerly occupied by the Country Florist at the corner
of Route 33 and Manlove Avenue, adjacent to our
greenhouse. With this additional retail space,
Comisky's
will be offering an expanded selection of hard goods, custom floral
arrangements, and a cut flower department. |
